Dear Melva
I am glad I found your show at WCOM.
I am a national touring jazz pianist/educator/composer with major performance credits.
My family (kids grandkids)now lives in Cary NC and I am seriously thinking of relocating to be closer to them...somehow they don't want to live in New York City.
I have played in NC at the New Bern Jazz Showcase twice, Blowing rock Jazz Society, and at ECU with Carroll Dashiell. I also did an interview on Susan Reeves show at WSHA and know her well...also Tom Mallison at Public radio East.
How fare are you from the Raleigh area?
Would love to send you my CDs but would need to know where...incidentally I will be down there in April...from April 18th through 24th to kind of look around and get a feel for where I might want to live.
Thanks, hope to hear from you
Best
